RIDGID has always been one of the most trusted brands in tools. ram provided the industrial design guidelines for all of RIDGID’s core American made tools. This included redesigning the entire line of pipe wrenches in both iron and aluminum from 6 inches all the way up to 60 inches. RIDGID invented the pipe wrench in 1923 and it’s DNA is the blueprint for the entire product portfolio. ram focused on consistent branding, thoughtful ergonomics, and uncompromising craftsmanship — the hallmarks that can be scene across the complete catalog of tools. RIDGID iron pipe wrenches are cast in Rob Englert’s hometown of Erie Pennsylvania and it was an honor to have the opportunity to update them for the future.
